It'll take approximately 2-5 days to make your product (with some personalised orders taking a little longer) from there we'll ship it too you as fast as we can.

Shipping times are approximately as follows:

● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days

Please allow a few extra days during Nov/Dec as the holiday rush takes hold.

Refund Policy:
If there is a fault with the print or the item you receive is different to the one you ordered, please let us know and it will be refunded or replaced as soon as possible.

Exchange Policy:
We currently do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind but can provide additional discounts to assist with a repurchase where required.

Production time? Our products are made on demand as soon as you order. It takes approximately 1-7 days to create depending on the item and personalisation requests.

Shipping location? Our products are created worldwide at the nearest printing location to you. If an item is out of stock closest to you, it will be rerouted to the next nearest location. See 'SHIPPING & RETURNS' for time frames.

Can I customise this? Yes! We'd love to do a custom order for you, please email delysiagiftco@outlook.com with a link to this item and your request.

Can I return if I don't like it? We do not currently accept returns for change of mind. If there is a problem with an order, please contact us to discuss. If the fault is ours the item will be replaced.

Why am I being charged tax? Depending on where you live there may be a tax charge applied at the checkout (VAT/GST/US TAX) this doesn't happen everywhere, but it does mean your government has requested it and this charge will go directly to them (our prices don't factor in tax).
